About Us

What began with Katrina Legault managing marketing solo for small businesses in her hometown of Hudson has grown into a powerhouse of creativity, strategy, and skill led by a team of experts in marketing and related fields. Fresh out of JMSB with her eyes set on entrepreneurship, Katrina built KL&Co. from the ground up, blending her love for marketing with a passion for the finer things in life.

Nearly a decade later, we've become trusted partners for clients from service based professionals, to beauty, fashion, hospitality, home and garden, and beyond, crafting sophisticated strategies that elevate brands and create lasting connections.

From helping shape beloved community events like the Illume Festival and Hudson Holiday Market to driving growth for established and emerging businesses, KL&Co. is built on passion, expertise, and an eye for what makes a brand unforgettable.

At KL&Co., we take a personal, hands-on approach to every project. From social media management and content creation to branding and corporate event planning, we help clients find their voice, connect with their audience, and make bold statements. As a boutique agency, we value personalized collaboration over cookie-cutter solutions, crafting strategies that stay true to your brand while keeping pace with an ever-changing market.

One million possibilities.

One team • One million possibilities. •

We love what we do. And we’ve built our team accordingly.

Katrina Legault

  • The driving force behind KL&Co., and a true force to be reckoned with, Katrina is backed by nearly a decade of experience in the field. What started as a part-time admin gig at a local bakery turned into a full-blown business built on the foundations of strategy, storytelling, and a whole lot of hustle.

Katrina Legault launched KL&Co. in 2017, when word began to spread through the community that she had a knack for making brands feel seen beyond their social media accounts. From Facebook posts to full-scale campaigns, Katrina’s talent lies in understanding a brand’s heartbeat and helping it connect with the right people.

After years of juggling school, marketing contracts, and a part-time job, Katrina took the leap in 2021 and launched KL&Co. full time. Since then, she’s grown a team of equally curious, creative, and self-driven women who believe in collaboration, community, and asking really good questions.

Whether she’s meeting with candle makers, creative directors, or the occasional music producer, Katrina brings heart, humour, and a sharp strategic eye to every project. She's proof that sometimes, the best careers aren’t planned, they’re built from passion, persistence, and saying yes when it matters most.

  • From sliding into DMs to Senior Account Manager, Justine’s journey at KL&Co. started with a message to Katrina that read: “You’re so cool. I love what you’re doing. What does a day look like for you?” Spoiler alert: now, no two of her days look the same.

With a degree in Business and Fashion from UQAM and a knack for structure-meets-creativity, Justine quickly went from hashtag helper to Katrina’s right-hand woman. What started in Katrina’s kitchen blossomed into four years (and counting!) of shoot planning, caption writing, account management, tech troubleshooting, and so much more, and it’s safe to say she has become an integral part of the KL team.

Equal parts creative and adaptable, Justine is the girl you want in your corner whether it’s for a major campaign launch or a last-minute reshoot. She shows us every day that curiosity and a good iced coffee can take you anywhere.

  • From criminology textbooks to TikTok trends, Catherine has always followed her curiosity, and it eventually led her straight into the world of marketing and social media. What started as a playful lockdown experiment quickly grew into a passion, and then a career.

With a degree in Fashion Management & Design (concentration in Strategy & Business) and experience running socials for a Montreal jewelry brand, Catherine brings equal parts creativity, strategy, and quiet stability to her role as Creative Account Manager. She’s all about connecting with clients, getting to know their goals, and helping them shine online.

Outside of work, Catherine is happiest when planning her next foodie outing or vacation, and always on the lookout to try something new. She’s a Taurus through and through; grounded, ambitious, and loyal (just ask Tobby, her 12-year-old pup).

  • Léa may have joined us as a stagiaire, but she wasted no time proving she was anything but temporary. With a background in interior design and a degree in administration and marketing, she brings a perfect balance of structure and style to every project.

After five years in the world of hospitality, Léa knows a thing or two about working under pressure and making sure her clients feel valued no matter how hectic a day gets. Detail-obsessed, proactive, and always down for a good laugh, she’s our creative problem solver with an eye for the aesthetic.

When she’s not working her magic on content strategy or client coordination, you’ll find her sipping a perfectly brewed coffee or dreaming up new ways to showcase our home goods and design clients (her not-so-secret faves).

Selina Sherman

  • Currently studying Marketing at Concordia and armed with a DEC in Graphic & Web Design from John Abbott College, Selina brings both brains and beauty to the branding game. Her creativity is her superpower. Whether it’s through design, storytelling, or trend-savvy strategy, she knows how to make brands shine. Her eye for design speaks for itself, just one scroll through her TikTok and you’ll see she’s got a knack for curation and creativity.

With several years of experience managing social media for a local fitness studio, she’s no stranger to spotting trends before they become mainstream. She thrives on transforming simple concepts into scroll-stopping campaigns that feel fresh, engaging, and original. When she’s not creating standout content for our clients, you’ll probably find her planning her next vacay, sipping on a matcha latte, or jamming out to her favourite Taylor Swift song of the moment.

  • The glue that holds the KL&Co. universe together, Morgan is equal parts marketing maven and fitness junkie (she teaches five spin classes a week), bringing energy, precision, and heart to every project.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology,  a passion for people, and a background in account management, Morgan keeps timelines tight, ideas flowing, and projects moving forward without a hitch. From defining internal processes to wrangling to-dos and nudging the team toward a deadline (always with a smile), she’s the quiet force making big things happen behind the scenes.
